With almost 1000 college students attending this 4 year college it is a great choice for those who come. Enjoy summer and winter plays, volley ball, soccer and of course they have one of the top College Bicycle Teams in the country. Banner Elk is a small community but with lots of housing for the students to live in, whether on campus or off. We offer many outdoor sports for students to enjoy from our 4 ski resorts, white water rafting, canoeing, fishing, snow boarding, bicycling, mountain hiking and climbing.
